     Incheon Metroplitan City and the UNISDR secretariat are pleased to
     invite
     you to the International Conference on "Building a Local Government
     Alliance for Disaster Risk Reduction". The conference is scheduled
     to take
     place in Incheon, Korea, on 11-13 August 2009.

     Interested participants are encouraged to register online as soon as
     possible

     Please note that the Metropolitan City of Incheon has kindly offered
     to
     sponsor all hotel accommodation for the duration of the meeting,
     including airport transfers. In addition, the conference
     organisers have set aside some resources to support the
     participation of a
     limited number of participants from developing countries.
